2100 Series Thermometers

Building on the success of the 2000 range, this new generation marks an evolutionary step in the development of Digitron's digital thermometers and probes. The 2100 Series of digital thermometers have been created to meet the demands of the ever changing food industry. Their stylish design and enhanced features ensure a quality performance at all times.

Units are now waterproof as standard and incorporate the food industry standard Lumberg connector for thermistor and thermocouple probes.

An extended selection of probes with Lumberg plugs are now available to complement the 2100 Series.
