Instrument Calibration and Repair Services

Haven Automation Ltd. offers an efficient instrument re-calibration service in its well-established Calibration Laboratories, fully accredited by UKAS (no. 0295) for:

• DC Electrical Measurement
• AC Electrical Measurement
• Pressure Measurement
• Temperature Measurement

Haven offers a standard 5-7 day turnaround time for re-calibration of instruments , with the option of reducing this time by signing up to the ‘Priority Service’. Free quotations, free technical advice and free local collection and delivery services are also available.

Two standards of calibration service are on offer:

• UKAS Calibration for compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2000
• Standard Calibration for compliance with ISO9001:2000

Contract Calibration Package

Haven also offers a contract calibration package which takes responsibility for the customer’s calibration requirements, including instrument recall notification, collection and return, hire of replacement equipment if required, repair and general maintenance. Contracts can be tailored on a fixed price basis, enabling effective budget control or can be quoted on a standard cost acceptance procedure.

Haven’s contract calibration package provides a customer with peace of mind, ensuring an instrument is always certified to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

Instrument Repairs

Instrument repairs are carried out by qualified, experienced staff in Haven’s well-appointed workshops. Haven's engineers are trained in the repair and maintenance of a wide variety of process and test instruments. Haven's workshop facilities enable repairs down to the component level for both conventional and surface mount technologies.
