Tempcal 1200S

The Tempcal 1200S Block Calibrator utilises a special heater design for optimum temperature uniformity and rapid heating rates. The isothermal block assembly is machined from a special Incolloy alloy giving excellent thermal conductivity and also resists high-temperature oxidation. This is designed to optimize performance between sufficient mass for good stability/uniformity and to have a low enough mass to have rapid heating/cooling rates and stabilization periods.

The standard fixed block has 4 extra deep immersion test holes accepting Ø8mm probes x 110mm deep for use with a reference probe typically an R or S type thermocouple or an SPRT.

TempWorks Software has been designed for use with the Tempcal 1200S and many other products from Haven’s range of temperature equipment. It is a Windows® based program that connects via an RS-232 connection to your computer. Programs can be created, saved and re-called at any time as well as running in real time mode.

With TempWorks running on a PC you can set and read the dry block temperature, create and run temperature cycles with multiple set points, and control the rate of change.  You can also use external thermometers such as Spec-Cal Eclipse II, Accu-Temp, Accu-Temp II, Cropico 3000 series and
ASL F250.
